Provisional programme
Late May 2025
The provisional conference programme is now live. Session organisers and presenting authors are invited to make corrections and request final changes to titles and abstracts.
Deadline for early-bird (reduced rate) registration
Friday 13 June 2025
Programme contributors (session chairs, paper and poster presenters, discussants, and panel contributors) must register by this deadline.
Final conference programme announced
Early July 2025
Final conference programme published on the conference website. Changes may be made to the online programme at any time up to and during the conference.
