Dinners

The Society's Grade II* listed building is one of London's most charming venues for evening dinners and celebrations. From intimate occasions in our Main Hall to groups of up to 80 in the Education Centre, the two spaces are well set-up to host a welcome reception and seated dinner.

Event spaces

  • Our bright and spacious Education Centre is the perfect room to host your own unique dinner within the setting of the Society. The space can accommodate large parties of up to 80 guests for a seated dinner, with the adjoining Main Hall available for a welcome drinks reception.
  • Alternatively for a smaller more intimate dinner, our beautiful Main Hall can accommodate up to 42 guests on a long central table, with the Education Centre then open for a welcome drinks reception.

We offer our evening hire slot to host dinner events, as well as a half day afternoon should you wish to extend your timings.

Audio and visual

On request, we can provide a speaker system for background music as well as a standard AV setup for presentations in the Education Centre. This includes Panasonic laser projector, lectern with microphone, sound system, laptop and presentation clicker. For additional lighting, we can offer our uplighters packages to style your event.

Catering

Catering for your event can be organised with the Society's exclusive partners Lodge Catering. With decades of experience and knowledge, the team provide a complete service from enquiry through to your event day.

Accessibility

The Education Centre and Main Hall are located on the ground floor. Toilets are located on the first floor, but a ground floor accessible toilet is available. If you have any accessibility requirements for your event, please get in touch with the Venue Hire team or visit our accessibility information page.
