Workplace opportunities in land surveying, land referencing and GIS/CAD work.
Education stage
Work experience of up to 1 week for school students in years 10 - 13. Dalcour Maclaren also offers paid work placements for university students which can vary in length but typically are treated as 'sandwich year', 12-month placements, but with some flexibility for those who are not able to commit to a full 12 months.
Location
In-person. Dalcour Maclaren have 19 offices across the UK, but their primary locations for Geomatics are Bicester, Bristol and Crewe.
Application deadline
Flexible deadline. Work experience usually takes place in the summer (June/July). Work placements start between July and September.
